REGOLAMENTO

 

Selezione per n. 1 artista

 

Art 1 – Periodo della residenza e Sito

La residenza avrà luogo nel comune di Lucito (CB) per un periodo minimo di 20 giorni compresi tra il 15 settembre e il 9 ottobre 2021.

 

Art 2 – Commissione selezionatrice

Un critico d'arte selezionerà l'artista insieme ai componenti dell’Associazione culturale Limiti inchiusi. 

 

Art 3 – Eventi

Durante il periodo di residenza l'artista realizzerà una o più opere che dovranno avere una stretta relazione con i luoghi e le problematiche relative al contesto territoriale, le opere resteranno patrimonio del comune ospitante. In periodi da determinare saranno organizzati una serie d’incontri di approfondimento durante i quali l’artista avrà la possibilità di presentare il proprio percorso di ricerca e illustrare, in progress, il proprio progetto.

L’artista provvederà a redigere, durante tutto il periodo (dalla fase iniziale a quella conclusiva), un diario d’artista. Si prevede anche un momento di Open Studio in cui l’artista si renderà disponibile al confronto con il pubblico per presentare le fasi della produzione dell’opera. Nel corso della programmazione di laboratori, conferenze e workshop, parteciperà attivamente al dibattito dando il suo contributo affinché la popolazione residente e i visitatori abbiano la possibilità di approfondire le tematiche che gli addetti ai lavori imbastiranno di volta in volta nei vari appuntamenti.

 

Al termine della residenza saranno realizzati un catalogo e un video-documentario che conterranno l’intero percorso di progettazione e realizzazione dei lavori, compreso il diario d’artista.

 

Art 4 – All'artista selezionato sarà garantito:

• Rimborso spese viaggio: fino a 200 euro (biglietto ferroviario e/o aereo);
• Copertura spese opera: fino a 800 euro quale sostegno economico per la produzione del progetto da sviluppare e realizzare durante la residenza;
• Il vitto e l'alloggio per tutto il periodo della residenza.    

L'organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità riguardo a eventuali infortuni durante il periodo di residenza. L'artista selezionato verrà consigliato di munirsi di una assicurazione contro gli infortuni a copertura dell'intero periodo di residenza. 

 

Art 5 – Documentazione richiesta (da produrre entro il 30 agosto 2021)

a. CURRICULUM contenente: nome, cognome, indirizzo, e-mail, telefono, eventuali studi compiuti, attività svolte in

campo artistico (non più di 2.000 battute).

b. Inviare un unico file formato .PDF contenente testi e immagini, riferiti ad un massimo di 15 opere

realizzate, riportando indicazioni quali il titolo, data, materiali utilizzati, dimensioni e una breve descrizione

dell’opera (massimo 300 battute per immagine). Massimo 4 video in formato avi.

c. STATEMENT (non più di 2.000 battute)

d. MOTIVAZIONI per partecipare alla residenza “Vis à Vis - Fuoriluogo” (non più di 2.000 battute).

e. Fotocopia di un DOCUMENTO D’IDENTITA’ valido.

Il materiale pervenuto sarà visionato e valutato dall'organizzazione che selezionerà il partecipante per la residenza. Allo stesso sarà inviato il modulo di adesione da restituire firmato per accettazione.

Selection by no. 1 artist

 

 

Art 1 - Period of residence and Site

 

The residency will take place in the municipality of Lucito (CB), for a minimum period of 20 days between 15 September and 9 October 2021.

 

Art 2 - Selection commission

 

An art critic will select the artist together with the members of the Limiti inchiusi cultural association.

 

Art 3 - Events

 

During the period of residence, the artist will create one or more works that must have a close relationship with the places and problems relating to the territorial context, the works will remain the patrimony of the host municipality. In periods to be determined, a series of in-depth meetings will be organized during which the artist will have the opportunity to present their research path and illustrate, in progress, their project.

The artist will draw up an artist's diary throughout the period (from the initial to the final phase). There is also an Open Studio moment in which the artist will make himself available for discussion with the public to present the stages of production of the work. During the planning of laboratories, conferences and workshops, you will actively participate in the debate giving your contribution so that the resident population and visitors have the opportunity to deepen the issues that the experts will tackle from time to time in the various appointments.

 

At the end of the residency, a catalog and a video-documentary will be created that will contain the entire design and implementation process of the works, including the artist's diary.

 

Art 4 - The selected artist will be guaranteed:

• Travel expenses reimbursement: up to 200 euros (train and / or plane ticket);
• Coverage of work expenses: up to 800 euros as financial support for the production of the project to be developed and implemented during the residency;
• Board and lodging for the entire period of residence.

The organization declines all responsibility for any accidents during the period of residence. The selected artist will be advised to take out accident insurance covering the entire period of residence.

 

Art 5 - Documentation required (to be produced by 30 August 2021)

 

to. CURRICULUM containing: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, any studies completed, activities carried out in

artistic field (no more than 2,000 characters).

b. Send a single .PDF file containing texts and images, referring to a maximum of 15 works

made, reporting information such as the title, date, materials used, dimensions and a brief description

of the work (maximum 300 characters per image). Maximum 4 videos in avi format.

c. STATEMENT (no more than 2,000 characters)

d. REASONS to participate in the “Vis à Vis - Fuoriluogo” residency (no more than 2,000 characters).

And. Photocopy of a valid IDENTITY DOCUMENT.

f. The required documentation must be sent no later than August 30th 2021 to the following e-mail address: limitinchiusi@gmail.com indicating in the subject: "surname" CANDIDATURA VIS A VIS - FUORILUOGO 24.

 

The material received will be viewed and evaluated by the organization that will select the participant for the residency. The application form will be sent to the same to be returned signed for acceptance.
